Viiiiirha Updates

Update from Jessie J.  My response. I didn't want a perma but it didn't sound like I have a choice on that. I just didn't want it to be all my accounts.  Jessie answered a grand total of one question so I'm repeating them, as well as agreeing to the conditions regarding my viiiiirha account. I may keep using viirha as my main temporarily honestly-- I don't like switching accounts to use the boards. But I really want my pets back. Wish me luck on getting my other accounts back I guess. Viiiiirha is back but perma'd. Still waiting on the others. I feel weird arguing about it now that Alice is gone, but I will be fighting the perma once my sides are unfrozen.  Also, another user recently had a ticket state that they don't freeze people for neoboard offenses, so...idk

 The petpage I was working on will be back up soon! I've given the code to @merriamselk (April) and they'll work on that later today I believe. I've also taken the opportunity to message Neopets on LinkedIn. I'm kind of at a loss right now since the situation is only getting worse and worse, tickets are going nowhere, reports are being ignored, and I'm unable to use the neoboards (although that doesn't go anywhere either when anyone who's too vocal, in a way that breaks the rules or not, is being punished by the mod(s))

 To provide context for the prior posts: There's been a crazy amount of transphobia as of late and the moderation team is leaving it up.  An imgur album was made showcasing some of it: https://imgur.com/a/44Mw82G I believe the real reason for my freezes is that I was making a petpage about the issue.  (note: it was updated more, but this is all I have saved in my backup)

 My account has officially reached 12h so I can be contacted at @viirha now (or just on discord @ahumanwithausername). No point in posting a screenshot rn but I've asked whether my ticket's been transferred. I don't think the other two are nearly as active as Alice is

 Yesterday (April 7th), I was on the boards and refreshed to find that my account had been frozen. I don't have a screenshot of the original freeze statement, but I did copy and paste it into my ticket.  "This account has been FROZEN for the following reason: This account was found to be one of multiple same-owner accounts being used to vote in the beauty contest. If you think the above reason was applied to you by mistake, please contact our support staff by clicking here. Don't forget to include your USERNAME and explain why you think your account should not have been frozen. If you DID break the rules, please do not contact us again. Your account will NOT be unfrozen and you will not get your Neopet or items returned. But, you are welcome to create a new account, as long as you follow the rules. Remember to read our Terms of Use thoroughly." The freeze page gives you the option to log into another account, but I found that ALL of my accounts had been frozen.  Viiii...
